ADsemtech electronics GmbH is a high-tech company specializing in the replacement and repair of critical components for semiconductor manufacturing equipment – in particular high-voltage power supplies for HITACHI CD-SEMs. We are based in Dresden's Nanoelektronik Zentrum and are currently in an exciting growth phase. We are looking for a motivated student to join our team.
Werkstudent (m/w/d) Office & Customer Support
Tasks:
- Reception and general office organization
- Goods receiving and shipping
- Initial customer contact and communication (email and phone)
- Support with administrative and organisational tasks
- Document management and filing
Requirements:
- Enrolled student at a university in Dresden (any field – business, management, marketing, languages are a plus)
- Excellent German (at least B2/C1) and good English skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Reliable, communicative, and service-oriented
- Availability: approx. 8 hours per week (flexible schedule; total monthly cost around €500)
