As of 11 June 2014, ECC has been granted a Central Counterparty license according to Article 14 (1) of the Regulation (EU) 648/2012 on OTC derivatives, central counterparties, and trade repositories (EMIR). This license authorizes ECC to offer services and activities in the European Union. It covers commodity transactions or transactions with commodities as the underlying. Our team:
The Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) team belongs to the Chief Risk Officer (CRO)-section and is part of the Enterprise Risk & Outsourcing Management department. The team is responsible for central tasks in risk management and risk controlling. Our focus is on risks that are not covered by the collateral provided by our Clearing Members, the so-called default waterfall in accordance with our central regulatory basis, the European Market Infrastructure Regulation (EMIR). We called it the uncovered risk area. Here, ERM manages the risks classified as material, such as Credit Risk, Operational Risk and Market Risk, as well as Business Risk and Liquidity Risk. We are responsible for large parts of the regulatory reporting and act as a 2nd Line of Defense for the credit risk-based admission process and ongoing monitoring of our Clearing Members and other counterparties.
Your tasks:
We are looking for a Graduate (f/m/d) in Economics or related fields to become a Risk Manager in our Enterprise Risk Management team. You will support your colleagues in the questions of risk management and controlling at ECC AG. In this role, you will work professionally and operationally in one of our central pillars, Regulatory Reporting, Economic Risk Management and Group Risk Management.
