starting from 1 June 2026 in part-time with 67 %. The position is subject to project approval and is a fixed-term position for 3 years.

Tasks:

  • Fabrication and characterization of 2D and 3D porous materials.
  • Developing new methodologies in the field of nanofluidics.
  • Design and implementation of nanofluidic experiments with porous materials.
  • Publishing and presentation of scientific results.

Requirements:

  • As a successful candidate (m/f/div) you should have a completed Master’s degree or Diploma in Chemistry or Materials Science.
  • Profound knowledge of materials synthesis and their characterization using spectroscopic and microscopic methods is required.
  • Experience in membrane separation and vacuum apparatus is highly desirable.
  • As an international research institution, we require a willingness to work in a team and to network with scientific institutes and industrial partners, as well as confidence in the use of standard MS programs and a good command of written and spoken English.
