E.ON Inhouse Consulting (ECON) is the internal consultancy of the E.ON Group. We solve the most complex tasks of the new energy world – making a lasting contribution to shape E.ON into a green, customer-centric and digital energy solution provider.
Our international team consists of 100 consultants with extremely diverse academic backgrounds and a broad range of experience. This is the perfect combination to guarantee excellent, sustainable results and plenty of fun during our projects.
E.ON's top management entrust us with managing the most crucial topics to the Group - from initial strategy development to final implementation. We support the Group’s business units across all sectors, from renewables to sales and customer solutions. Our teams are currently involved in helping to develop new innovative products, in driving digitalization and in improving customer experience in our international projects. In addition, we have a long track record in business development and process optimization.
