E.ON Inhouse Consulting (ECON) is the internal consultancy of the E.ON Group. We solve the most complex tasks of the new energy world – making a lasting contribution to shape E.ON into a green, customer-centric and digital energy solution provider.
Our international team consists of 100 consultants with extremely diverse academic backgrounds and a broad range of experience. This is the perfect combination to guarantee excellent, sustainable results and plenty of fun during our projects.
E.ON's top management entrust us with managing the most crucial topics to the Group - from initial strategy development to final implementation. We support the Group’s business units across all sectors, from renewables to sales and customer solutions. Our teams are currently involved in helping to develop new innovative products, in driving digitalization and in improving customer experience in our international projects. Requirements for participation:
- A Master's degree in Economics, Engineering, Natural Sciences, (Business) Informatics or a related field documents your outstanding academic performance
- You have already gained initial hands-on experience in the consulting and/or energy industry
- You are fluent in English and willing to learn German (at least B1 level)
- Tackling complex problems with real-world impact is something you are genuinely passionate about
- Your curiosity and drive to shape the transformation of the energy industry set you apart from others
