Your responsibility:

Collaboration in an interdisciplinary project combining psychology, artificial intelligence, and computer vision as part of the Cluster of Excellence „Science of Intelligence“. Scientific tasks include modeling human eye movements when viewing moving scenes using mathematical and computational methods and transferring the results to technical systems. Teaching tasks include conducting computer science courses in non-CS bachelor‘s programs and master‘s-level courses in machine learning and AI.

Your profile:

  • Successfully completed academic university degree (master's, diploma, or equivalent) with a focus on artificial intelligence and psychology
  • Very good programming skills
  • Research experience in the mathematical and computational modeling of eye movements
  • The ability to teach in German and/or in English is required; willingness to acquire the respective missing language skills
  • Teaching experience desirable
