Research Associate (PostDoc) - salary grade E 13 TV-L Berliner Hochschulen

Your responsibility:

  • Post doctoral Research Assistant at the Chair of Computer Graphics in the project "EMERGE"
  • Research in the area of geometry processing

Your profile:

  • Successfully completed university degree (Master, Diplom or equivalent) and a doctorate completed at the time of employment in computer science or mathematics, alternatively in related disciplines with an appropriate specialization
  • Well versed in several programming languages, including C++, Matlab, Python
  • Good knowledge in documented work (e.g. seminars, projects, B.Sc. thesis, or M.Sc. thesis) in geometry processing
  • Strong background in relevant math (linear algebra, scientific computing, geometry)
  • Good knowledge of German and/or English required; willingness to acquire the respective missing language skills
  • Team player and communication skills desirable
  • Flexibility desirable
  • High self-motivation desirable
  • Analytic thinking desirable
  • Interest in academic work desirable
