Technische Universität Berlin offers an open position:
under the reserve that funds are granted
part-time employment may be possible
As part of the FNR joint project “Development of an efficient ammonia stripping process for biogas production from farm manure for digestate reduction and nitrogen removal (StripCompact II)”, a sub-project for validation and process optimisation is being carried out. To this end, an existing laboratory plant will be optimised and extensive experimental work will be carried out to identify optimum process parameters. These will then be tested at a real biogas plant in Lower Saxony at the demonstration plant being built in parallel. Both the construction and the operation of the demonstration plant will be carried out in close cooperation with the plant construction company and the biogas plant operator, with project coordination also being part of the task. PhD thesis preparation is possible.
