E.ON Inhouse Consulting (ECON) is the internal consultancy of the E.ON Group. We solve the most complex tasks of the new energy world – making a lasting contribution to shape E.ON into a green, customer-centric and digital energy solution provider.
Our international team consists of 100 consultants with extremely diverse academic backgrounds and a broad range of experience. This is the perfect combination to guarantee excellent, sustainable results and plenty of fun during our projects.
E.ON's top management entrust us with managing the most crucial topics to the Group - from initial strategy development to final implementation. We support the Group’s business units across all sectors, from renewables to sales and customer solutions. Our teams are currently involved in helping to develop new innovative products, in driving digitalization and in improving customer experience in our international projects. In addition, we have a long track record in business development and process optimization.

Our upcoming event is your gateway to discovering the dynamic world of consulting and energy. Step out of your comfort zone and bring your theoretical knowledge to life with our interactive training and case study workshop.
During the event, you will gain an authentic insight into the work of a consultant through our Mini Basic Consulting Readiness Training. You will also get to know us and our culture and have the opportunity to ask all your questions about the world of consulting at ECON. In addition to the training sessions, we have also planned some fun leisure activities.
Requirements for participation:
- You are an enrolled student, a PhD or MBA candidate, graduate or young professional in the fields of natural science, technology, engineering or mathematics (STEM) with outstanding academic performance
- You have already gained some basic hands-on experience in the international arena - providing you with initial insights into the consulting sector and/or energy industry
- You want to make a difference through technology and bring an innovative mindset
- You are interested in and want to learn more about a career in management consulting
- You are curious about making an impact, feel the power of sustainable energy and get a first-hand insight into one of Europe's largest energy companies
