Research Assistant - 0.5 working time - salary grade E13 TV-L Berliner Hochschulen
under the reserve that funds are granted
project coordination, experimental design and implementation of the "Hop Desorption" project
responsibilty for preparing interim/final reports for the "Hop Desorption" project
development of a process, which includes a secondary aromatisation of beer and other beverages in the cold sector of the brewery through desorption processes
successfully completed university degree (Master, Diplom or equivalent) in the field of brewing technology; above-average results desired
competent knowledge in brewery analytics, project management and thermodynamics
very good knowledge in the field of hop aroma analytics
very good communication skills in German and English
communication and social competence, good presentations skills
high self-sufficiency, high structured methods of operating, individual initiative
good solution expertise and team-based work
very good knowledge in MS-Offices programs
good knowledge in statistical analysis
