Conducting research in the fields of highly and fully automated driving functions, driver assistance systems, road handling control with a focus on longitudinal and transversal dynamics, energy management and operational strategies for electrified vehicles
Performing numerical modeling and full-vehicle simulation
Teaching tutorials, both practical and theoretical, in the areas of vehicle mechatronics and vehicle dynamic control systems
Assisting in conducting examinations
(Co-)supervising Bachelor’s and Master’s theses
Providing guidance to student assistants
Preparing reports and presentations
Successfully completed university degree (Master, Diplom or equivalent) in Control Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related studies
Very good knowledge in the fields of control engineering and modeling and simulation (MATLAB/Simulink) (required)
Very good communication skills in German, both written and spoken (required)
Good English language skills (required)
Project experience is an advantage
