We welcome initiatives for spending some research time at an excellent international university
Our research team is interested in improving the conceptual understanding of organizational and behavioral aspects of innovation management. We seek to enrich management practice through a quantitative empirical approach, validating our conceptually rooted research hypotheses. Projects are placed in different application areas and contexts, like health-care and pharma innovation, implementation of block-chain solutions, or leadership and organization of distributed research and development teams
Successfully completed university degree (Master, Diplom or equivalent) within relevant subjects (e.g., Industrial Engineering and Management, Information Systems Management, Business Mathematics, Innovation Management, Entrepreneurship and Sustainability)
Sound knowledge of technology and innovation management
Experience with social science empirical research methods
Excellent proficiency in using standard office programs
Very good English capabilities in writing and speaking
Interest in pursuing independent research projects in relevant areas like technology and innovation management, project management, product design, etc.
