MEMS Pro­duct Mar­ke­ting Mana­ger (m/f)

Job Descrip­tion:
  • Defi­ning and imple­men­ting X-FAB’s sales and mar­ke­ting stra­tegy for MEMS pro­ducts and pro­cess deve­lop­ments
  • Dri­ving the pro­duct offer for Through Sili­con Vias Module, µtrans­fer prin­ting module and other MEMS foundry ser­vices
  • Inter­fa­c­ing with new and poten­tial cust­o­m­ers to iden­tify their needs and poten­tial fit to X-FAB's ser­vices and pro­cess tech­no­lo­gies
  • Tracking the latest indus­try trends and iden­ti­fy­ing tar­get mar­kets and cust­o­mer groups for X-FAB's expan­ding busi­ness, inclu­ding com­pe­ti­tor rese­arch, iden­ti­fi­ca­tion of poten­tial future mar­kets and defi­ni­tion of tech­ni­cal requi­re­ments for X-FAB to meet cust­o­mer demands
  • Defi­ning the local pro­duct stra­tegy
  • Sup­porting to spe­cify the tech­ni­cal deve­lop­ment of X-FAB’s road­maps
  • Par­ti­ci­pa­ting and deci­sion taking of future deve­lop­ments regar­ding pro­cess tech­no­logy, pro­cess cha­rac­te­riza­t­ion, design libra­ries and PDKs
  • Com­mer­cial res­pon­si­bi­lity for pri­cing
  • Obser­ving mar­ket trends and reporting of cust­o­mer requi­re­ments to our inter­nal orga­niza­t­ion
  • Inter­fa­c­ing with the Sales and Sup­port offices:
o Pro­vi­ding sup­port and gui­dance on busi­ness deve­lop­ments, new account acqui­si­ti­ons and MEMS abili­ties
o Crea­ting com­mer­cial and tech­ni­cal offers for the increa­sing num­ber of non-stan­dard busi­ness cases

Er­war­te­te Qua­li­fi­ka­tio­nen:

Job Requi­re­ments:
  • Qua­li­fi­ca­tion: Degree in Elec­tro­nic Engi­nee­ring, Phy­sics or simi­lar
  • Expe­ri­ence in hand­ling of cust­o­mer con­tacts
  • Know­ledge of the semi­con­duc­tor mar­ket
  • Inte­rest of working as the inter­face bet­ween com­mer­cial and tech­ni­cal topics
  • Pro­fi­ci­ent in Eng­lish and Ger­man both in wri­ting and spo­ken
  • Wil­ling­ness to fre­quent inter­na­tio­nal tra­ve­ling
