GVI offers award-winning conservation programs at research stations abroad, enabling students to gain hands-on experience in the conservation and sustainability sector.
We deliver our own programs and partner with a wide network of local and international NGOs, government agencies, and academic institutions. Our collaborators have included respected organisations such as, WWF, PADI, Project AWARE, and the national park authorities of South Africa, Costa Rica, Seychelles, Mexico, and Thailand.
With programs on five continents, students can contribute to a range of local conservation projects, varying from 1 to 24 weeks.
Our programs include in-person and virtual internships, research fellowships and apprenticeships, focused on getting students into conservation careers.
With over 25 years of experience and 35,000 participants – GVI is the leader in impact-driven programs.
